You can use your MileageWise account with multiple users.

User management is a useful tool, for example, if multiple users want to or need to use our software within the company; if mileage logs for different vehicles are made by different co-workers, or if you would want to share your account with your co-workers or accountant.

You may also want to add more users to your MileageWise account if the driver is tracking trips with the Mileage Tracker App, but at the end of the month, the mileage log will be created by someone else.

For multiple users, the question arises as to how many phones can use the iOS or Android Mileage Tracker App and record data for separate vehicles at the same time.

There is no limit on how many users can access and track their trips with the MileageWise Mileage Tracker applications within one MileageWise account.

However, provisions must be taken to ensure that only one user records data for a vehicle at a time!
