You’ll need one plan per vehicle to create IRS-Proof mileage logs. If you’ve exchanged vehicles during the year but only use one at a time, a single plan suffices. For multiple vehicles used interchangeably, a plan for each is necessary. Each plan supports unlimited users, adding flexibility for team usage.

You can switch from the Small Biz Monthly plan to higher tier plans anytime.

You may upgrade your Small Biz Annual plan by paying the difference before the end of the calendar year from your purchase date. After this period, to upgrade, you will need to buy the Small Biz Lifetime plan at full price.

Our plans are linked to one vehicle at a time but can be transferred to a new vehicle free of charge. This allows lifetime usage for the user, not the vehicle’s lifespan, ensuring the license follows you through any vehicle changes.

You may cancel your Small Biz Monthly and Small Biz Annual plans anytime.

The Small Biz Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase deal, so there is nothing to cancel and there are no recurring fees.
